Children’s sessions combine hypnotherapy with age-appropriate activities.
We focus on building self-esteem and confidence in a fun and interactive way. Hypnotherapy can be more like story telling for this age group, but still effective and helpful. After the session you will have an hypnotherapy audio recording to use.
I may use toys, stories, games, drawing, metaphors, and books to help children develop their own tools for positive change ensuring they feel comfortable and confident with me.
